Offshore leader Ogier has added two new offices to its international network with launches in Tokyo and Bahrain.The Japanese and Middle East offices will not have legal staff but act as service branches for the rest of its network.The Tokyo branch will be headed by Skip Hashimoto, who has joined the firm from the local arm of offshore rival Walkers. He is a banker advising on structured finance and funds and has previously spent six years in-house at Deutsche Bank.
