The Nebraska state senator last week had a lawsuit against God tossed from court on the grounds that the requisite papers could not be served on the Almighty.Chambers, who started the whole bizarre business in September 2007, had filed a permanent injunction against God for committing violent acts such as natural disasters such as earthquakes and tornados.
