Arnold & Porter has become the latest firm to pick up a team of lawyers from collapsed US firm Heller Ehrman.The Washington DC-based law firm is taking on five litigators who will join the firm's business litigation and antitrust groups in DC and Los Angeles.Partner Kenneth Chernof, previously a member of Heller's policy committee and co-chair of the complex commercial litigation practice at Heller, will head to Washington with counsel Carl Nadler.
