Italian communications company Telecom Italia has appointed Antonio Cusimano as its new general counsel. Cusimano will take up the post from 15 September following the resignation of existing legal head and secretary to the board Francesco Chiappetta. Cusimano was previously the European general counsel for US company PPG Industries and has also held a senior counsel role to General Electric's gas and oil business.
