Eversheds has joined Mills & Reeve on the panel of the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PASA). Eversheds beat nine competitors to win the tender and will work with the Department of Health (DoH) executive agency for a period of up to four years.At the time of the last PASA panel review Mills & Reeve was appointed as the sole provider, but the agency decided to extend its framework agreement to include two firms on this occasion.The firms will advise on a range of matters including commercial contracts, procurement, employment and disputes.
