“Are there actually any differences between the magic circle firms in terms of quality of work/prestige and career opportunities? Would moving to other fields of work or other firms be easier having trained at one MC firm rather than another? I’ve noticed that at some of the firms the people are nice and the work is top-notch, so I was wondering if any of the magic circle offer less opportunities for career progression (not just within the firm, but also in terms of making you an attractive prospect for other firms).”
