DLA Piper has strengthened its Asian presence with a partner hire and the launch of a new practice. The firm has bought in corporate and financial services partner, Luke Gannon, to lead its funds practice throughout Asia from DLA's office in Hong Kong.Gannon arrives from Australian firm Freehills, where he was also head of funds. He has been a partner for eight years.
