Andrew Lewis, who focuses on private equity and venture capital work, has joined the top 10 City law firm's Dubai office after 11 years as a partner with Simpson Grierson in Auckland. His appointment takes Norton Rose's Middle East offering to 12 partners across Dubai, Bahrain, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.
