Lovells M&A heavyweight Gilles de Poix has joined Taylor Wessing as a partner in its Paris corporate department. De Poix joined Lovells' corporate finance practice as a partner in 2001 after a 10-year stint at top French firm Gide Loyrette Nouel. He has also practised with Granrut Chresteil and Hughes Hubbard & Reed. The hire brings Taylor Wessing's Paris office to around 20 partners and 75 lawyers in total.
