The Law Society’s complaints handling arms have been given a warning to improve after failing to meet Government targets, it was announced yesterday (23 June).

Legal Services Complaints Commissioner Zahida Manzoor yesterday said the Legal Complaints Service (LCS) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) had met only eight of their 13 performance targets between for the period between 1 April, 2007, and 31 March, 2008.
