I have a training contract lined up with a mid-sized City firm that does some media/entertainment work, which is an area I'm very drawn to (like a lot of others that applied there, I'd guess). But how interesting is the actual work? Do you still get the buzz people talk about from closing a big deal or it is all just haggling over fairly dull contracts when you strip away the glamour?
