Allen & Overy (A&O) has bolstered its US real estate practice with the hire of a former managing director at Lehman Brothers. David Broderick will join the New York arm of the magic circle giant as a partner on 2 June. He joined Lehman in 1998 and spent 10 years with the bank, most recently serving as managing director of the bank's global real estate team, where he served as senior counsel as well as legal adviser for Lehman's real estate private equity funds and real estate mezzanine debt fund.
