Fulbright & Jaworski is the latest firm to take up third-party litigation funding - using it in a multimillion-pound litigation case against ITV. The US firm's City office is representing production company Excelsior, which has been able to bring a case with the use of external funding in its claim against ITV for royalties it alleges are owed for repeats of TV shows including A Touch of Frost and The Darling Buds of May.
