Despite its bright Dentons-style branding in radioactive orange, Osborne Clarke (OC) was touting its green credentials recently as part of the ‘blackout Britain’ energy-saving campaign, which aims to raise awareness of energy wastage by persuading homes and businesses to switch off the lights, personalised fridges and plasma TVs for an hour or two at various preordained times.

At the last event in Bristol, campaigners were saddened by the disturbing number of hi-tech high-rises blazing like beacons in the early evening sky – with the honourable exception of OC Towers, which stood shrouded in darkness.
