Always with its finger firmly on the erratic pulse of the finance community, TheDiary can non-exclusively reveal the existence of a vaguely amusing (well, in a techy sort of way) email that has been doing the rounds for the last couple of weeks.
For the benefit of all of those of you too low down the food chain to have received it yet, the email features a wry briefing on collateralised debt obligations (CDO) that soon degenerates (or perhaps ‘evolves’ would be more apt) into lawyer and client repeatedly instructing each other to ‘file’ stuff where the sun don’t shine.
