I am two and a half years' qualified in employment at a big regional firm. I don't really enjoy the fee earning but want to use the skills I've developed to do something I enjoy. I'm really hating the day job. I really enjoy business development; is it a move I could make and would I need more experience or qualifications to be attractive? I've been trying to involve myself in as much BD and pitches as possible to build up my CV but chances have proved relatively few and far between.
