Austrian firm Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has opened three offices in Central and Eastern Europe. The launches mean the corporate firm now has branches in eight European countries. The new outposts in Sofia, Minsk and Budapest will be managed by partners Kiro Kirov, Sergei Makarchuk and Tamas Polauf respectively. Cerha has more than 135 lawyers and is one of Austria's largest law firms.
