Herbert Smith’s finance practice has won UK bank Lloyds TSB as a new client, after advising on the debt package for the £100m buy-out of restaurant chain Gaucho Grill.
The top 10 City firm won a tender to advise Lloyds as financier and the Royal Bank of Scotland as lead arranger on the secondary buy-out by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) and the company’s management.
