Top 50 UK law firm LG has hired a chunk of Bevan Brittan’s intellectual property (IP) team, including its former department head, in an attempt to broaden its contentious technology practice.
Senior associate Georgie Collins, who headed up Bevan Brittan’s IP group, and assistant Harry Karaolou have joined the City firm’s commerce and technology team and will work on contentious and non-contentious IP issues. The pair started at LG on
14 January.
