Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has promoted two lawyers to counsel in its structured and asset finance practice. Richard Parsons and Andrew Heathcote have both been made up to counsel. Parsons joined the firm in 1995 and qualified in 1997. He has experience in aircraft financing and leasing transactions. Heathcote joined the firm in 1999, having qualified in 1997, and works for lead arrangers, originators and trustees on securitisation transactions.
