Russell Jones & Walker, Kingsley Napley and BCL Burton Copeland have acted in a landmark fraud case that saw the former chiefs of collapsed insurer Independent Insurance found guilty of conspiracy to defraud.
The jury delivered its decision this morning (23 October) in Southwark Crown Court before Judge Rivlin, with sentencing now expected to follow for Michael Bright, Dennis Lomas and Philip Condon – respectively the former chief executive, finance director and deputy managing director of the group.
