Intellectual property (IP) specialist firm Bristows has expanded its commercial litigation team with the hire of Mark Brown from Finers Stephens Innocent, it was announced today (2 October). The rare hire for Bristows will see Brown become the second partner in the firm's commercial litigation team after leaving Finers, where he qualified before making partner in 2000.
