The participation of associates in the weekly meetings of Allen & Overy’s (A&O’s) management team is a pilot scheme born out of the discussion of a number of associates’ ideas at last year’s senior associates’ conference. The thinking behind our participation at the meetings is to provide an associate’s perspective on the issues that affect the day-to-day management of the firm.
