So, you have arrived at the three-year post-qualification experience stage as a lawyer. Firstly, well done and congratulations. You have gained that all-important know-how that makes you a more valuable lawyer to your clients, to your firm and to yourself. You have worked long and hard to achieve this, so it is important to pause and remind yourself you are part of a great and noble profession.
