With England’s egg-chasers growing old disgracefully in France at the Rugby World Cup, one proud sporting nation conspicuous by its absence is Finland, which heartbreakingly missed out on a finals berth after being edged 92-6 in a two-legged qualifier by mighty Bulgaria. Who also didn’t make it to the finals.
