Olswang has landed a role opposite Slaughter and May on the £562m sell-off of Dawnay Shore Hotels’ (DSH’s) portfolio to Spanish operator Barcelo.
The deal sees Olswang corporate partner David Roberts take the lead for regular client DSH, which signed a 45-year sale and lease agreement for its Paramount Group of hotels. He was assisted by associate Nick Crosbie.
