Fulbright & Jaworski has reinforced its presence in the Middle East after relocating a partner from the US to Dubai and hiring a number of lawyers in the region. Energy partner Randel Young, who joined Fulbright in 2004, has moved to the firm's Dubai office after splitting his time between Houston and London for several years. His practice focuses on energy and natural resources project finance and development matters in the Middle East and North Africa. He will work alongside new senior associate Richard Devine, who joins Fulbright from Denton Wilde Sapte.
