Herbert Smith has announced that rated property partner Chris de Pury is to leave the firm today (17 August) after lengthy and troubled negotiations following his resignation for Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) in March. A joint announcement issued by the firms today (17 August) says de Pury will work for strategic investment company Three Delta before joining BLP on 17 January, just under a year after his resignation.
