DLA Piper has recruited Denton Wilde Sapte asset finance partner Stephen Marais for its London finance and projects group.
Marais, who has been at Dentons since 1996, is due to join the national firm in the autumn. He will be DLA Piper’s only dedicated ship finance partner in London. He advises clients including inter-governmental organisations and shipping and aviation organisations.
