Michael O'Brien joins Wilmer Cutler as a partner after four years as New York chief at King & Spalding. He joins the firm's corporate department and will focus on M&A and private equity transactions. O'Brien was previously a partner with O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell and also formerly worked at Cravath Swaine & Moore.
