Offshore leader Mourant du Feu & Jeune has completed its merger with Cayman Islands practice Quin & Hampson, following an agreement that was initially secured in February. The newly-combined firm has 160 lawyers across seven offices and will operate under the Mourant brand from 1 October. The move follows the firm launching in New York in April.
