Tourist attraction the London Eye has launched a negligence claim against the legacy partners of defunct law firm Garretts over advice it provided back in 2000.
The accountancy-tied firm, which dissolved in 2002, faces a claim in excess of £300,000 for what The London Eye Company says was a breach of contract and negligence relating to a lease agreement.
