Proposals to allow Legal Practice Course (LPC) providers to run a new-style LPC from as early as September 2008 look set to be delayed.
Leading course providers including BPP, City Law School and Nottingham Law School now think it is unlikely that they will be able to run the new course – which could see the electives separated from the rest of the LPC – until the following year.
