Benelux giant Stibbe has beefed up its administrative law practice with the hire of DLA Piper senior associate Bruno Lombaert as a partner. Lombaert, who will bring two associates with him, focuses on public and administrative law and public procurement. Other recent hires by the Herbert Smith ally include Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer finance partner Ivan Peeters, who joined in May, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher competition partner Marc van der Woude, who joined last September.
