I am a corporate lawyer working in the City. I have recently had my fingers burnt on several levels and although I am only about 16 months qualified, I am already looking for a career away from the law.
However, I’m not sure what path to follow. Ideally, I’d like to go for something that would make use of my professional skills rather than starting entirely from scratch. How well do former lawyers fare in commerce or starting their own business? Any suggestions?
