Wragge & Co has hired two new lawyers to bolster its funds and financial services practice. Karen Brown joins the Birmingham giant from HSBC, where she spent 14 years as part of the bank's in-house legal team. Penny Sanders joins the firm's City arm from southeast practice KSB Law. Both join Wragges as associates. The appointments grow the firm's specialist funds team into a five-lawyer unit.
