DWF has appointed Alastair Young as its new finance director. Young joins the northwest firm after 18 years with British American Tobacco, where he was finance director for the southeast Asia region. DWF managing partner Andrew Leaitherland said the appointment was intended to support the firm's expansion plans following its merger last year with northwest outfit Ricksons.
