Former Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) managing partner David Hertzell has been installed as a Law Commissioner, the Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer, announced today (26 June). Hertzell, a commercial insurance partner in DAC's London office, will take up the role for a five-year term beginning on 1 July. He succeeds Hugh Beale QC, a barrister at Middle Temple and professor of law at Warwick University.
