Mills & Reeve has become the latest UK firm to seal its conversion to limited liability partnership (LLP) status.
The move, which took effect from 1 June, sees the East Anglia-based practice join a growing band of top 50 firms to shift to the new model, which protects partners in the event of a firm-busting negligence claim. The firm, which has offices in Cambridge, Birmingham, London and Norwich, agreed the conversion after a vote by partners.
