DLA Piper has won a controversial million-dollar contract to lobby the US on behalf of the Turkish Government, as Turkey seeks to improve its image stateside.
The year-long contract, which will see the firm rake in $1.2m (£604,000), sees DLA Piper employed to lobby the US Congress on issues that affect Turkish interests.
