Howard Kennedy’s property department is facing its second negligence claim in two months after it allegedly failed to advise clients correctly on commercial property loans.
A £1.7m negligence claim has been filed in the High Court by Secured Property Finance (SPF). It alleges Howard Kennedy failed to get the company security on money lent to property company Rhymer Investments during 2002-03.
