Southampton firm Paris Smith & Randall has hired a brace of property lawyers. Alan Sayle joins the south coast practice as a senior consultant in the planning team after 12 years with Southampton City Council. Sayle has previously worked with clients including British American Tobacco and was also involved on the £275m WestQuay shopping centre project for property giant Hammerson. Frances Cook has joined as an associate from the local arm of Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons.
