I have a training contract with a magic circle firm. If I was to become pregnant in my second year, would I significantly reduce my chances of qualifying into the firm – especially if I was planning on working part-time afterwards?
I am not concerned if it ruins my chances at partnership as I’m planning on going on to a smaller firm after a few years anyway.
