Swedish firm Magnusson has beefed up its Warsaw banking and finance capabilities with the hire of former Allen & Overy (A&O) lawyer Wojciech Wadolowski. Wadolowski headed the local finance practices of A&O and CMS Cameron McKenna and has been practising on a standalone basis since he left Camerons. Wadolowski also helped establish CC's Poland arm in 1990.
