Bond Pearce has hired the former head of real estate at southwest rival Bevan Brittan as a consultant to its property department. Regeneration specialist Peter Scott joined the 68-partner regional firm earlier this month from Bevan Brittan, where he was a partner. Scott, who has particular experience in advising regional development agencies, will work with Bond Pearce investments and development practice chief Nigel Theyer. Real estate work currently accounts for around a third of Bond Pearce's fee income.
