Fulbright & Jaworski has bagged a quartet of partners from defunct firm Jenkens & Gilchrist to boost its litigation department. Litigation partners Rodney Acker, Theodore Daniel, Ellen Bush Sessions and Guy Wade all join Fulbright's Dallas office as partners. They bring with them Steve Dollar and Joe Dirik, who join the firm as senior associates.
