I have been in-house since qualifying five years ago and had very hands-on experience through my training contract too (both in-house and private practice). I'm a general legal counsel - managing a variety of legal issues rather than specialising. I'm keen on picking up media law in particular and trying to cross over into a media law role where I can utilise my negotiation and drafting skills. I just don't know how!
