Pensions boutique Sacker & Partners has recruited solicitor Sarah Phillips from Clifford Chance, where she was part of the pensions team. Sackers has 47 pensions lawyers, including 23 partners. Senior partner Ian Pittaway said: "Given the complexity of the pensions landscape, the need for expert advice has never been more vital."
