- Nabarro has advised Land Securities on the sale of Devonshire House for more than £280m to a company owned by DCD and The Witkoff Group. The landmark building in London’s West End comprises offices with nine retail shops and showrooms. Real estate partners Nicholas Vergette and Caroline Maude led the team at Nabarro. Real estate partner Andrew Gumpert of Jones Day led the team advising the buyer.
