“I am facing a bit of a dilemma. I’m a mature student (26) with a training contract at a top five City firm, starting in 2008, and am due to start the LPC this September.
“However, I’m beginning to think I’ve made the wrong choice and that I should have opted to become a barrister instead. People tried to tell me that I would make a good barrister but I was convinced that it was too uncertain a career for me, being a mature student with bills to pay.
